You will also lead efforts to produce documentation including: business requirements, functional specifications, user requirements and traceability matrices.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter and have a proven track record at an IT consulting or information technology / systems integration firm and be looking to pursue a position with more responsibility and challenges. Strong understanding of facilitation and coordination skills are required, as well as a desire to learn project management methodologies. Skills you will need
Successful applicants will have more than 3 years of experience with end-to-end lifecycle application development and be knowledgeable in the implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) software tools. The candidate will have participated in: evaluating, coordinating and creating software deliverables; meeting with customers; resolving issues; and estimating, managing, monitoring, and reporting project cost and schedule. Additional experience with process improvement/value-stream mapping and hardware and/or software testing and bug tracking is desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology (IT) or a related field (Management Information Systems, Management, Economics)
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational/data management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to interface with clients and the development teams
- Desire to learn and take on leadership roles
