Sila-MetricStream Webinar: A Value-Based Approach to Cyber Risk Management
Aug 28, 2019, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
Join Sila Cybersecurity & Risk Practice Lead Matthew Karnas and MetricStream Director Aswin Kumar for a webinar to learn more about:
- Building a cyber value-at-risk model
- Managing business risks using cyber resilience strategies
- Enabling a next-generation cybersecurity program
With new digital and technological advancements, the risks posed by cyber-attacks continue to evolve. Measuring the impact of these risks is critical. Yet qualitative metrics alone don’t provide a complete and accurate risk picture to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Cyber risks need to be quantified in terms of their financial impact. This is best achieved by allocating a dollar value to the risks.
When cyber risk quantification and resilience processes are well-thought-out based on industry standards, they enable enterprises to stay ahead of risks, while strengthening compliance with regulatory and internal corporate requirements. They also help accelerate decision-making at the leadership and board level.
