Tom brings strong technical project leadership and process improvement skills to his Sila projects. He is skilled in identifying and delivering tailored solutions in technically challenging and critical environments while inspiring teams to develop new insights, encourage new ideas and innovations, and create cutting‐edge programs, processes, and procedures that streamline operations, increase revenues, and enhance profit performance. Tom is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Tom joined Sila in 2011.
Tom enjoys working in a smaller-sized organization like Sila, which offers an innovative environment where his work has a direct and immediate impact.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys hiking and golfing. He is an active member of the Men’s Club board at the Druids Glen Golf Course in Covington, and is a member of the Washington Trails Association. Tom enjoys listening to member recommendations and enacting positive solutions to alleviate member concerns.
