His experience in business requirements management, business process development, and project management has allowed him to deliver exceptional results on multiple projects. Steve joined Sila in 2005.
Steve enjoys working in a company that takes the long-term vision of developing relationships based on trust, both with their customers and their employees. He also enjoys working alongside other highly capable co-workers who have a stellar reputation in delivering on commitments.
Aside from work, Steve enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family camping, boating, water skiing, snow skiing, and hiking. He also donates considerable time to working with the youth in his church and community.
