Scott applies his technical knowledge to business solutions, enhancing his abilities to manage multiple projects while ensuring client goals and expectations are met. Scott is proficient in Agile Scrum and SDLC methodologies, and holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certifications. Scott has been with Sila since 2009.
Scott values Sila as a small company with a close-knit family culture. He appreciates that Sila caters to employee’s individual needs with regard to work/life balance, and offers a variety of work opportunities.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, hiking not-so-well-known trails, visiting roadside attractions and traveling to new places. When not venturing into the great unknown, Scott spends his time volunteering in his local and professional communities. He helps orchestrate business solutions for non-profits, mentors young professionals, and coaches his daughter’s soccer teams.
