Rich brings over 18 years of Project Management experience in the Logistics and Aerospace industries, including experience in financial management, regulatory compliance and customer relationship management. As a certified PMP, he has successfully delivered numerous IT and Process Improvement projects despite schedule, budget, and geographical challenges.
Unabashedly, Rich is proud to be a member of Team Sila. He enjoys taking on projects that are challenging and meaningful. Rich looks forward to participating with his colleagues in Sila sponsored events that provide opportunities for personal development and community outreach.
Rich considers community service very important and his includes coaching soccer and baseball, organizing charity fun runs, and helping out at the food bank. For fun, he enjoys fishing, walking the dog, travel & cruising, live theater, being a husband and father, and swing dancing with his wife (not in that particular order of course!)
