Rex’s experience in the Air Force enables him to bring a strong sense of leadership to his clients and teams, as well as an ability to operate in highly stressful environments while still remaining focused on the objectives. At Sila he had had the opportunity to leverage this experience by managing several projects spanning multiple business units. Rex joined Sila in 2010.
For Rex, Sila provides a unique opportunity to grow both with the customer as well as within the company. He believes Sila has an amazing group of highly motivated and capable people. The engaged social environment allows him to build professional relationships and provide better insight into the customers’ needs.
Living a well-balanced life is very important to Rex. He participates in an active lifestyle with the many outdoor activities offered in the Seattle area, including swimming (when the weather permits) biking (road and mountain), running, triathlons, hiking, and snowboarding. He is also focused on raising his kids to be excellent members of our society. Rex also enjoys tailoring.
