Nicole brings over 10 years of experience managing projects in various industries including non-profit, manufacturing and aerospace. She brings a diverse set of skills to her projects, with a focus on organizational change management, cross-team communication and team facilitation. Nicole prides herself on helping her clients achieve their goals through creativity and resourcefulness. Nicole joined Sila in 2007.
Nicole believes Sila provides the opportunity to grow and diversify both business and technical skills. She also appreciates that through Sila, she is able to express her passion for community service by leading Sila-sponsored volunteer events.
Outside of work, Nicole is involved with various local organizations and government boards supporting education, mentorship, and human services. Nicole is a proud Super Fan of Seattle sports – particularly the University of Washington football and basketball teams – and enjoys activities that get her adrenaline flowing.
