Mike joined Sila in 2011 and brings diverse industry experience as well as a passion for delivering results in operational excellence through technology, data management, process innovation, and customer experience management. Highlights and awards include management excellence, customer experience transformation, and sales leadership. Mike’s drive as a change agent is to bring technology and organizational change management together to solve complex business challenges.
Mike joined Sila Solutions Group to be part of a rapidly growing team of professionals with a passion for technology and program management excellence. He also wanted the opportunity get back into the Aerospace and Manufacturing Industries and to mentor and develop teams as Sila expands.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter geocaching, hiking, and playing hacky-sack. His vices are movies, music, and science fiction books. Mike and his wife love to entertain, which offers him the opportunity to indulge in his never-ending pursuit of the perfect BBQ ribs and pulled pork sandwiches.
