Michael’s passion for continuous improvement along with his strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills help drive his projects to successful and on-time completion. Additionally, he brings extensive skills in project management, risk management and strategic planning. His international experience enables him to be very adept at navigating multicultural working environments. Michael is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and joined Sila in 2010.
Michael enjoys the entrepreneurial environment of a growing consulting firm. He values the diverse backgrounds of the people at Sila and the company’s emphasis on a work/life balance. He also enjoys the opportunity to branch out and learn new skills within Sila’s diverse portfolio of projects.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys sailing, hiking, and traveling with his family and friends. He cherishes all opportunities to learn about and explore the world with his wife and two sons.
