Matt’s proven ability to lead high performing teams has allowed him to successfully manage the implementation of several critical initiatives. Matt is driven by client success and delivering exceptional results.
For Matt, Sila offers the combination of working in a small entrepreneurial organization while solving the complexities of large enterprises. In addition, he feels his fellow colleagues are among the most reliable, committed, and passionate people with whom he has had the privilege of working.
When Matt is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 year old son as well as snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter months and volleyball and sailing during the summer. When Matt is not enjoying the outdoors or spending time with his wonderful family he can be found exploring the craft brewing and local foodie world.
