Madhu brings strong programming and architectural skills to his Sila projects. He has executed as a lead and individual contributor and has worked on, exposed, and utilized various cutting edge technologies. Madhu is a Java certified programmer and became a member of Sila in 2011.
Madhu views Sila as a firm with a highly motivated intellectual group of professionals with good work/life balance and professional values.
Madhu spends most of his time outside of work at home with his two daughters. He enjoys long drives, traveling to new places and cooking for his family and friends.
