Kelley has a keen interest in improving the quality of communication, processes and deliverables for complex IT solutions. He works closely with stakeholders to define the requirements and design in preparation for development. Kelley is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Kelley joined Sila in 2010.
Kelley appreciates the value that Sila consultants play in their assignments. As a consultant, he is often asked by clients to share his professional experiences to solve or improve situations. He feels his role as consultant enables him to make positive changes.
In his spare time, Kelley enjoys cooking and entertaining friends with his partner Mike. He also enjoys country western and square dancing. Kelley volunteers with local organizations that promote human rights, respect for diversity and spiritual enlightenment.
