Jen is an experienced project manager (PMP certified) with strong leadership and communication skills. With a combination of operational and technical skills, Jen provides creative, team-oriented solutions to achieve client goals and establish trust among all team members. Jen joined Sila in 2007.
Jen feels that Sila has great energy and a dynamic combination of experienced professionals willing to deliver their best work to the client, create connections with their fellow consultants and appreciate that life outside of work is important to creating balance. Sila believes in hiring great people who will do exceptional work and it shows.
