Caitlin has an extensive background in project management of IT applications and all aspects of System Lifecycle Development. She combines complex problem-solving skills with program management best practices to deploy her projects on time and within budget. Caitlin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and became a member of Sila in 2011.
Caitlin enjoys working for a small company because of the sense of community. At Sila there are continuous growth opportunities where she is able to flourish.
In her spare time, she keeps busy with her family and they enjoy many outdoor activities. Caitlin also enjoys cooking for friends and family.
