BJ has over 15 years of software development lifecycle experience with a focus in analytics and customer support. He brings to his projects strong analytical and communication skills, which provide him the ability to understand the complexity of an issue in order to develop and deliver a meaningful solution. He is an active member of the IIBA. BJ joined Sila in 2005.
