Beth is a trusted advisor in the management of large enterprise projects and leads strategic initiatives from stakeholder consensus to customer delivery. She has managed software integration and delivery projects, as well as a new venture in avionic network security. Beth holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is an active member in the Puget Sound Chapter of the Project Management Institute. Beth joined Sila in 2007.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys cooking for friends and family, game nights and feeling the sand under her feet with an umbrella drink in her hand. She is also fond of a new pair of shoes.
