Benjamin brings strong analytical and communication skills as well as a willingness to dive into difficult issues in order to fully understand a problem and develop a solution to his client projects. His ability to bridge relationships between technical and business focals makes him an invaluable asset to his team. Benjamin joined Sila in 2008.
Benjamin appreciates the support that Sila gives to professional development through in-house and academic courses. Sila also provides plenty of opportunities for volunteering in communities around Seattle.
Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys climbing and skiing in the Cascades, as well as hiking and other outdoor pursuits. When not in the mountains, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends.
