Baris brings with him extensive experience in Systems Integration, Project Management and Team Leadership. His particular strengths come from his ability to bring technical teams together to solve complicated problems. He has a broad range of systems knowledge from Avionics to Web Application implementation. Baris joined Sila in 2008.
Baris enjoys the growth opportunity that Sila provides. Additionally he is excited about the ability of the company to apply its skills and knowledgebase across multiple industries.
Outside of work Baris spends most of his time with his wife and children. On the weekends he can be found either on the ski slopes or the bike trails.
