Ann brings a blend of operational, organizational and leadership skills. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience in team building, process improvement, operations and relationship management. She joined Sila in 2010 as part of its core operations team.
Ann enjoys working with talented individuals who not only do great work, but are good people – passionate, supportive, engaged, funny and approach life and challenges in a positive way. These are the qualities she finds in the each member of Sila. She is excited to be a part of this organization, the excellent work it does and all of the great things to come.
Spending time with her community is Ann’s passion – this includes friends, family and the world she lives in. She also enjoys a great meal, fine wine and spending time exploring the many diverse places and experiences the world has to offer, be it in her backyard or across an ocean.
