Andy brings strong organizational and communication skills to his Sila projects. He works closely with organizational stakeholders to define project goals, address problems, and build consensus on a solution to be implemented. He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and joined Sila in 2010.
Andy values the close knit nature of Sila’s organization. Working at a growing consultancy, he’s already had the opportunity to influence and lead a diverse set of corporate projects. He’s also grateful for the willingness of senior consultants to offer advice when tackling difficult problems.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys hosting dinner parties for friends and family, skiing in the Cascades, and traveling. His favorite destinations thus far have all been in Germany and Austria.
